As well as being a fully-functional motion-picture and television studio, Universal Studios Florida is an exciting theme park filled with thrilling attractions. The wide variety of harum-scarum thrill rides are the park's speciality although some of these may be unsuitable for young children. However, there are many attractions and rides to cheer the younger visitor. Universal Studio's 444 acres are divided into five areas surrounding a vast blue lagoon. Visitors are greeted by a wonderfully talented group of actors representing everyone from Harpo Marx to the Blues Brothers and are welcomed to the many themed shows and revues.
