The popular Typhoon Lagoon is the newest and largest of the Disney water parks. The main water attraction is the Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool - the world's largest wave lagoon at 2.75 million gallons- which centers the entire park. Typhoon Lagoon also has a 360,000-gallon snorkeling tank called Shark Reef that contains an artificial coral reef and 4,000 tropical fish. All waters are kept warm by a state-of-the-art heating system that makes Typhoon Lagoon an awesome attraction that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
